Prospective learners will be required to complete a Pre-Training review, and an assessment of their Language Literacy, Numeracy, and Digital literacy. (LLND)

BSB50420 Diploma in Leadership and Management

\        Read and write English and display numeracy to at least Year 12 equivalency

The DeakinCo. Pre-Training Review and Participant Enrolment policy is designed to ensure that all applicants seeking entry into a nationally accredited course with DeakinCo. have the appropriate level of foundation/Language Literacy, Numeracy, and Digital Literacy (LLND) skills as well as digital literacy, in order to determine that the course is at the appropriate level for the participant, and to ensure the participant is able to achieve the competencies of the vocational course.
