Learning from reflection

Participants of every DeakinCo. program, Professional Practice credential and short course will reflect on their past and present experiences. Where relevant they will document relevant evidence of their capabilities in the workplace to demonstrate.

Reflection has been shown to activate and strengthen prior knowledge, validate existing capabilities to improve confidence, increase opportunities for networking and collaboration, and increase awareness and accountability of professional and personal development.
